Hi, I'm Aphrodite!
My connection to Greece runs deep through both of my parents.
My father was born and raised in Kefalonia, and my mother was born in Athens. They each came to America at a young age bringing their culture, values, and love for Greece with them.
Although they built their life in the United States, they made sure their children stayed connected to our roots by taking us back to Greece every summer.
Because of that, I grew up with unforgettable memories—my pappou’s garden, long days at the beach, village life, family gatherings, traditions, and friendships that still mean so much to me today.
Greece is more than a destination to me—it’s family, identity, warmth, and home.
Through Connect in Greek, I want to share that feeling with others—not just the beauty of Greece, but the connection, spirit, and way of life that make it unforgettable.

Not rushed.
Not overly scheduled.
Not about checking things off a list.
Just a beautiful, well-planned experience where you can arrive, settle in, and enjoy it.
The Experience at a Glance
Every departure is a little different, but these are some of the experiences that make each Greece Me Up journey so memorable.
-
A stay at our private retreat, tucked away with beautiful views and a pool—where you'll begin your mornings with gentle stretches and end your days watching unforgettable sunsets.
-
A day exploring the island's east coast—visit the breathtaking Melissani Cave before spending the afternoon at Antisamos Beach, where we'll welcome you to our own private beachfront retreat, with reserved seating, umbrellas, and refreshments waiting for you.
-
A day aboard a traditional fishing boat—watch the morning's catch come aboard the nets, swim in crystal-clear coves, and enjoy the catch of the day and various dishes prepared on board with the freshest local ingredients.
-
A visit to a local winery, with time to sit, taste, and take it all in.
-
A touch of Greek language and culture—learn useful everyday Greek phrases naturally throughout the week as you order at tavernas, greet locals, and connect more deeply with the island.
-
If your visit coincides with a traditional village panigyri, we'll spend an evening enjoying local music, dancing, and celebrating alongside the local community.
-
And the smaller, unplanned moments—the ones that aren't on any itinerary, but end up being the ones you remember most.
